About The Role


We’re looking for a top-notch Associate Content Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll tell the stories of everyday people who used Bubble to bring incredible ideas to life — and give future founders the resources they need to do it too. You’ll also foster a whole new subset of the web development industry by helping our ecosystem of professional Bubble Developers, plugin and template creators, and coaches and educators thrive.


Reporting to and collaborating closely with our Senior Content Manager, you’ll not only fill the editorial calendar with high-performing, super-helpful content, but also push the envelope on distribution to make sure the right people read it (at the right time). You’ll experiment with generative AI to make even better content, own the day-to-day management of our CMS, and help make sure copy produced across the company is error-free and aligned with our brand voice and style guide.


As Our Manager Manager, Content Marketing, You Will


  • Collaborate with our social media team to create and execute on high-impact social campaigns that amplify the Bubble brand
  • Work with generative AI tools to accelerate content production (without sacrificing quality)
  • Generate new ideas to help fill out the monthly editorial calendar
  • Develop effective, results-oriented content, sometimes researching and crafting it yourself and sometimes editing work produced by someone else
  • Create engaging visual assets to support social media distribution
  • Assist with company-wide copy review and proofreading
  • Own our editorial content CMS, including building and publishing new content and regularly updating and optimizing existing content
  • Create and implement a content distribution framework that amplifies reach, aligns channels with audiences, and improves overall performance

About You


  • Impeccable writing mechanics, a deep mastery of grammar and usage, quick mastery of a company’s styleguide, and a keen eye for typos
  • Experience creating visual assets using robust tools like Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience building and publishing in content management systems (ex. Wordpress) and CRM tools (ex. Mailchimp)
  • Experience developing and writing email newsletters that drive engagement and conversion
  • Proven track record of creating content campaigns that deliver targeted results, whether that be reach at the top of the funnel or conversion at the bottom
  • 3–5 years in a content marketing role, having touched both production and distribution
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including EEAT
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, journalism, or marketing

We offer competitive compensation aligned to tier one markets, such as New York City, San Francisco, and Seattle. Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $80,000 - 108,000. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
