Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$209,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Experience in initiating project management and executing cross-functional projects.
- 7 years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, product management and/or consulting at a high tech company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- MBA
- Experience in Intermediate/advanced SQL.
- Experience developing business strategy and building financial models.
- Proven ability to influence executive-level cross-functional stakeholders and achieve key targets and metrics in a team environment.
- Experience in a SaaS/IaaS/PaaS company, focused on growth.
- Experience with data analysis, business case development, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities
- Plan requirements with internal stakeholders and lead working groups to usher projects through their entire lifecycle, building clear roadmaps for cross-functional team members.
- Enable the SMB business team to maximize their efficiency through the development of new sales motions.
- Ensure consistency in SMB pricing portfolio and propose new pricing programs to drive incremental touched sales where necessary.
- Understand our Google Workspace SMB and customers and their needs. Represent their perspectives in internal strategy and planning sessions and in discussions with partners.
- Develop business cases for new Google Workspace initiatives alongside business, marketing, and product stakeholders.
