Construction Manager Aviation Jobs

• Coordinate with onsite contractor, design engineer, and owner
• Ensures that quality workmanship is maintained at all times and in accordance with applicable construction procedures, methods, codes and specifications
• Oversee construction schedules and budgets, manage the field inspectors, assist with RFI’s, review contractors’ safety plans
• Support office staff with tracking and answering correspondence and change order review
• Supports project implementation and coordination with the Project Engineering and Operations
• Assist with QA/QC oversight
• Participate in progress and coordination meetings
• Assist in CPM schedule updates
• Maintain control of the project and avoid cost overruns and delay
• Resolve field issues in cooperation with contractor, design engineer, and owner
• Documents and processes design and material submittals.

• Knowledge of state of the art construction techniques, project management and contract administration.
• Strong communication skills
• Four year college degree -preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture; demonstrated strong academic performance a must
• 15+ years of construction aviation experience, including inspection, project controls, estimating, and/or document management
• Full Covid-19 vaccination is recommended. Mandatory vaccinations and proof of vaccination are subject to client requirements, federal, state or local law.
• Able to inspect in-progress construction work to ensure compliance with the contract documents, specifications, permits and drawings

This is Full-Time On-site

The salary range for this position is $ 185,000 - $ 225,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
