Project Manager - Construction

Our client, a digital-enabled Residential Construction and Remodeling company in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a Project Manager - Construction (Bilingual). This is an on-site position that requires a valid driver’s license with a car and the ability to drive to locations in the Greater Sacramento area.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Provide regular project status updates to the CEO and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Oversee construction sites and coordinate with contractors and vendors
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian or Russian languages
• Previous IT project management experience is a plus
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Preferred experience in residential construction project management
• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong people management and time management skills
