Project Manager Construction (Owners Rep)

Our client a growing multifamily owner developer in Southern California is seeking a construction project manager or senior project manager to oversee multiple projects in various stages of development. This person will coordinate with the Development department to manage all aspects of construction for garden-style apartment communities. The onsite construction is managed by the GC and this person acts more as an owner's representative for supervising and reporting on the work of the GC. This person will be based in the Irvine area with occasional visits to the project sites as needed.
