We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Account Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming DEIB work with data and partnership throughout the DEIB journey.
As a Commercial Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, collaborating with midsize companies in various industries such as Retail, Financial Services, Hospitality & Tourism, Tech, and Legal. Your role will be instrumental as we expand our reach and make a meaningful impact at scale.
What You'll Do
Cultivate new customer relationships using a consultative approach, guiding them through the entire sales cycle.
Identify and pursue potential opportunities independently while supporting DemandGen efforts to meet quarterly targets.
Deliver compelling and tailored product demos that address prospect pain points and align with their business objectives.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and utilize metrics to forecast new business.
Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting our commitment to driving systemic change around DEIB.
Engage with prospects as an expert, even those less familiar with our company.
Collaborate with the VP of Sales to develop GTM strategies, materials, and processes.
What You'll Bring
At least 3 years of B2B software sales experience with a track record of closing medium to large-sized contracts.
A genuine passion for solving DEIB challenges, and familiarity with DEIB acumen is a plus.
An intrinsic drive for success and a determination to deliver your best work.
Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to clearly convey the value that our platform offers in your customer's language.
Curiosity and an innate desire to understand your buyers' businesses and how our platform can contribute to their success.
