Clinical Recruiter (Remote)

With a remote position and the flexibility to work from a home office, our Clinical Recruiter role offers a unique opportunity to identify clinical talent and support the building of our talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone/video screens of candidates and present them professionally to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Identify part-time and full-time provider candidates for client sites.
• Provide candidates with information about site location, benefits, and compensation.
• Prospect candidates using tools like cold calling, databases, social media, and job boards.
• Prioritize sourcing efforts based on the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Requirements

• Adaptability to a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
• Preferably, have recruiting experience or other professional business experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and talent acquisition teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
