Overview A Senior Clinical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates for clinical positions within a healthcare organization. They must have a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry and the specific roles they are recruiting for. Senior Clinical Recruiters must be able to identify and attract the best talent for the organization, while also ensuring that the organization’s hiring practices are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Senior Clinical Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to identify and attract the best talent for clinical positions within the organization. This includes developing job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making offers. The Senior Clinical Recruiter must have a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry and the specific roles they are recruiting for. They must be able to identify and attract the best talent for the organization, while also ensuring that the organization’s hiring practices are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The Senior Clinical Recruiter is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other organizations to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates. They must also stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization is competitive in the recruitment process.
