Responsibilities

• Support the Vendor Recruitment team in securing qualified Interpreters & Translators
• Assist with inbound vendor onboarding and coordination of resources
• Contribute to community outreach efforts
• Assist with report writing and compilation
• Learn about language research methodologies and job postings

Requirements

• Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours/week during East Coast operational hours
• Proficiency with video-based meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (focus on HR or Languages preferred, but not required)

Additional Information

• The starting pay for this role is $15/hr, with the potential to become a full-time salaried employee within 1 year.
• This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be located in the US for tax purposes.
