Responsibilities
Attention to detail is a must, no exceptions, as well as consistent follow-through and a commitment to providing exemplary support for both internal and external parties. This position is for a tech-savvy individual who can pivot to various roles and responsibilities within the company as needed while helping shape the culture of a large and growing team.
  • Keep the Sr. Manager of Client Solutions apprised of all project/cross-departmental process developments and needs
  • Collaborate effectively across all teams as well as creating an atmosphere of trust and open communication
  • When needed, act as a point of escalation for Client Success team members that are assigned to assist on projects
  • Assist in crafting best practices to ensure that the CSM team is set up for success and provide ongoing training and development
  • Determine new ways to promote Client Solutions team growth and collaboration and work with Sr. Manager of Client Solutions to implement
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all hardware and software utilized at ButterflyMX
  • Leading training sessions for Property Admins during the transition period for newly implemented products/integrations
  • Assist with all other projects as assigned by the Senior Manager of Client Solutions
  • Work closely with the Sr. Manager of Client Solutions to ensure that the Client Success Team has all of the necessary resources to delight our clients
  • Manage the day-to-day/post-implementation needs for Client Solutions projects
  • Assist in maintaining the CSM playbook through Confluence
  • Assist in defining, tracking, and implementing goals, programs, and strategies that scale.
Requirements
  • Operations experience
  • Associate’s degree required
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal), organization and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter who works effectively in a team-based environment as well as independently
  • Experience with process documentation
  • You value quality and pay close attention to detail, taking full ownership and pride in your work with a high level of service, responsiveness, and follow-through for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Quick learner with an intuitive mindset and excellent problem-solving skills with analytical capabilities needed to understand client needs and develop relevant account strategies
  • Desire and flexibility to learn and grow in a fast pace and growing environment
  • 3+ years in a Customer facing role
  • Previous product experience is a bonus, but not required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience building strong internal and external relationships
