Central Event Producer - Remote | Wfh

We're currently looking for a dynamic Central Event Producer to join our Opportunity Team. As an Event Producer (EP), you'll play a crucial role in the logistical management and operational execution of our client events. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients during both pre-planning and event operations, ensuring seamless coordination and an exceptional experience. The best part? What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities as a Central Event Producer will be diverse and exciting, as you'll be involved in various aspects of event planning and execution. Some of your primary tasks will include:
Collaborating with Experience Designers to develop and plan event programs
Working closely with cross-functional partners in Sales and Experience Design to ensure seamless turnover to Event Production
Being the go-to person for clients throughout the planning and operation of their events
Managing program changes with our valued suppliers and internal teams
Providing innovative program enhancement options for our clients
Skills And Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
At least 5 years of experience overseeing the execution of corporate meetings, client events, or other complex programs
Strong ability to manage operations and effectively supervise and direct field staff
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients, suppliers, coworkers, and employees from diverse backgrounds
The ability to read, analyze, and interpret client proposal requirements, contracts, financial reports, and other legal documents
Multi-tasking prowess to handle multiple programs with different deadlines
A passion for working collaboratively with all levels of management and staff, clients, and supplier partners
Familiarity with local attractions, hotels, venues, and supplier partners, along with the ability to discover and vet new options
