This role will work both for Enigma and Enigma's sister product, Cipher.

What’s the role?
We’re looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial Business Development Representative to join our early-stage startup to help us quickly scale our sales efforts.

We believe in learning-by-experience, and expect this person to start bringing in leads within their first few weeks.

You will

  • Use lead generation tools to create accurate and targeted lists of prospects
  • Create email and sales scripts for yourself and future hires
  • Identify best practices for the company’s lead generation playbook to ensure consistent conversion rates
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research on customer trends and competitors
  • Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information within our CRM
  • Attend events and conferences to sell the product and gain knowledge about market trends and competitors
  • Work closely with product, leadership, and customers to provide insights into improving the product
  • Generate qualified meetings with executives up to and including the C-level

You have

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience as a SDR/BDR
  • The ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
  • The ability to research and ‘figure things out’ with little direction
  • The desire and ability to grow within a startup
  • A creative problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills
  • A track record in building and managing a pipeline of new business
OTE Salary: $80-90K
Equity: We have reserved a chunk of equity for the right founding team members
