Overview A Junior BDR (Business Development Representative) is a sales professional responsible for generating leads and setting up appointments for the sales team. They are the first point of contact for potential customers and are responsible for identifying and qualifying leads. Detailed Job Description A Junior BDR’s primary responsibility is to generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team. This involves researching potential customers, identifying their needs, and qualifying them as leads. They must also be able to effectively communicate with potential customers and build relationships.
