Responsibilities
- Manage, Nurture and Grow a pipeline of interested prospects
- Follow up with potential customers to set up meetings and properly qualify leads
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and/or account managers
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Salesforce CRM
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling, LinkedIn, emails, and other resources with the ability to create own email sequences
- Collaborate with sales executives to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met
- Comfortable creating own outreach with proper research and individualized content to improve conversions with minimal output from manager
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting activities and inbound lead follow-up
- Utilize sales tools to draw-in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
Qualifications
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Experience with Salesforce & ZoomInfo
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1 – 2 years of experience in SaaS as a BDR, prefer early stage start-up experience
- Experience in cold calling and generating new leads
- Bachelor’s degree
- As we expand into the US market, we are looking for individuals who want to be a part of the team and grow in their career as the company grows. We want our successful BDR’s to move into sales roles when available; but expect at least one year in this position
