Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and talented sales professional to join our BHN Rewards sales team. Reporting directly to the Business Development Teams Sales Manager, this role is a full end-to-end sales role. Do you have a passion for winning and proven success in a SaaS based sales environment? We want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
New business – This is a full sales cycle role responsible for new business. You will be utilizing our tech stack that includes SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to uncover new business opportunities and moving them through the sales funnel to close.

Pipeline – You will be hunting for new business. Through your prospecting efforts, as well as qualifying inbound leads, you will be responsible for generating pipeline and accurately forecasting new business on a monthly and quarterly basis. You will meet regularly with your leadership to strategize and drive opportunities through the sales cycle.

Product Expert – Be naturally curious and a teacher. You will be an expert and will share with customers how our solutions serve all industry use cases as well as conduct engaging product demonstrations with prospects.

Collaboration – We only succeed as a team. Collaboration is crucial for success. You will be working with Marketing, Support, our SDR team, and Customer Success team to ensure we provide the best customer experience at all stages of the customer journey.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years prior experience in a full sales cycle selling B2B (SaaS preferred) with sales cycle of 1-3 months.
  • Experience in Payments, Incentives, Loyalty, and/or any sort of Financial Technology business is a plus
  • 1+ years experience selling reward and recognition solutions to HR
  • Results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • College degree is preferred

Benefits:
OTE for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota): Up to $160,000
