As the Associate Director of Live Operations for Overwatch 2 you will drive the growth of a thriving free-to-play service for millions of players. You will leverage your experience leading live service to identify and execute toward opportunities with innovative and resourceful solutions. You will be supported by one of the most talented and passionate teams in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead events team, managing resources to effectively sustain cadence
• Guide resolution of live issues
• Drive season planning and strategy
• Support platform and brand partnerships with in-game integration
• Use analytics, user research, and competitive analysis to identify trends
• Spearhead development and innovation of the events platform and tools
• Partner with commercial team to drive revenue via live service initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years leading cross-functional teams on live service games
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of free-to-play business models
• Strong experience with feature roadmapping and prioritization
• Demonstrated success gathering and interpreting data to drive improvements
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align stakeholders

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $124,400.00 - $230,300.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
