As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth progress, maximizing efficiency, and promoting profitability. Working closely with various departments, you will provide guidance, evaluate performance, and implement improvements to streamline our processes. Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure seamless operations and achievement of organizational goals.
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
• Develop workflow policies and procedures that enhance efficiency while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.
• Manage relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors, ensuring mutual satisfaction and successful collaboration.
• Set productivity goals for each manufacturing team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving continuous improvement.
• Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures in alignment with organizational objectives and implement necessary improvements.
• Work closely with upper management and executives to contribute to long-term business planning and strategy development.
• Supervise staff across different departments, providing constructive feedback, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
• Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to optimize profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Revise and formulate standard operating procedures, ensuring their effective implementation across all relevant departments.
