🎓 Essential Experience

• Dedication to diversity and experience leading diverse teams (Spanish language skills helpful but not required)
• Bachelor's degree or completed 4-year degree equivalent
• 10+ years of manufacturing plant and operations experience in CPG/consumer, food and beverage, or packaging industries
• Solid grasp of speed to market and customer service / fulfillment
• Cross-functional experience within manufacturing (quality, planning, etc.)
• Current plant manager in a smaller facility, or currently the #2 leader at a larger plant
• Experience managing manufacturing teams of at least 75 employees
• Experience with quality compliance / FDA / food safety
• Proficiency in handling multiple lines/brands manufacturing
• Lean Manufacturing background
• Track record of success leading high-volume facilities, with additional expertise in best warehousing and supply chain practices in a manufacturing environment
