- Develop and manage manufacturing budgets, focusing on cost control and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant aerospace industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and drive overall efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team, leveraging your engineering expertise to contribute valuable insights.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to efficiency guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 10% of the time.
- Familiarity with value stream mapping, 6S, Kaizen, Visual Controls, Pull/Kanban systems, standardized work, and line balancing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership positions within manufacturing operations and engineering, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong background in aerospace engineering, with expertise in design and manufacturing engineering.
- Knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and its application to manufacturing processes and designs.
- Proficiency in implementing Lean and continuous improvement techniques.

- Circuit design experience is highly advantageous for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering) or a related field.
