Responsibilities
Associate Director, Operations, Fremont, CA
Use prior AEC experience to oversee business development, HR, Finance, IS and business management. Direct and plan operations to ensure profitability and manage risks and allocate resources to secure contracts. Recruit and develop employees to ensure organizational growth and development, including team development. Allocate resources to achieve financial goals, including operational support resources. Oversee management of project execution, focusing on maintaining good commercials performance and containing risks. Act as project sponsor for certain projects and as a key contributor in developing strategy and business plans. Monitor monthly project performance and set standards for HSE performance on operations and projects. Supervise 6.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent plus 8 years of progressively responsible experience designing, planning, and managing diverse construction projects. Three years of experience must include business development, marketing, operations management, and project management, including work on health care (pharmaceutical) construction projects.
The pay range for a candidate selected for this position is typically around $257,400 annually. The selected candidate’s pay will be based on work location, qualifications and relevant experience.
