We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to join our growing team and provide support to the CEO/Talent Manager at Two West Entertainment. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, managing administrative tasks, and facilitating effective communication between internal and external stakeholders. This is a client-facing job that requires excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital content and must be proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO in talent development initiatives, including identifying and cultivating relationships with key industry contacts.
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing his schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage and maintain an organized filing system for contracts, invoicing, analytics, talent profiles, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up actions.
- Conduct research on industry trends, emerging talent, and project opportunities to support decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Oversee client calendars, logistics for meetings, interviews, and promotional events, both in-person and virtually.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience as an assistant or a similar role at an agency, management or entertainment company
- Familiarity with talent management processes, contracts, and industry terminology.
- Resourcefulness and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, talent, and industry professionals.
·Self-directed, motivated, highly organized and able to balance competing priorities.
- An interest in a career in talent management.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, film, entertainment management or a related field (preferred but not required).
