Qualifications


The Day-to-Day:


  • Enable the CEO to focus on the company’s vision by owning all administrative tasks.
  • Seek out the context of the business (why the CEO is meeting with certain people) in order to assimilate information and provide strategic support.
  • Proactively resolve last-minute changes and meeting requests with grace and finesse.
  • Operate with complete discretion and serve as a trusted sounding board to the CEO.
  • Prepare and coordinate internal and external meetings to ensure the CEO is well-prepared and debriefed prior to each engagement to maximize meeting time and presence.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs before they arise, adjust as needed with priorities top-of-mind.
  • Liaise with high-profile board members and support with coordination and communication.
  • Keep a pulse on the CEO’s priorities and manage his calendar accordingly.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison on behalf of the CEO and cultivate relationships with team members.
  • Optimize the CEO’s workflow and streamline his day to be as efficient as possible.
  • Plan extensive travel arrangements (when safe) and manage expenses.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff on special projects.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $111,500/yr to $180,400/yr.
