Executive Assistant to CEO of Family Office
Silver Lake, Hybrid at the client's home and your own home
Salary DOE plus Health Benefits
Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm with flex as needed on text/email
A managing principal of a family office, who is extremely busy and straight shooter, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to be an Executive Assistant. The candidate will become the right hand to the Principal and Acquisitions Director of a busy high-profile Family Office. This office has a focus in the real estate development, real estate investing sector in addition to other business in the portfolio. The right person for the job must be capable of wearing many hats and provide support on professional and personal level. This person is Adobe/Excel/Word/Drop box and very Tech proficient. Keeping schedules, calendars, light travel arrangements and doing monthly reporting are required so being organized and detailed is a must. Discretion and a “can do” attitude of this competent multi-tasker would be important. The individual for this position must be self-motivated, ask questions when unsure, and be able to work under pressure. Be resourceful and think out of the box. Experience in and/or interest in learning about real estate and finance would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain schedules.
• Arrange conference calls and meetings.
• Answer incoming office calls.
• Keep, make, organize our digital business files as we work in multiple locations.
• Create Weekly Agenda
• Confirm appointments and locations.
• Correspond and communicate professionally and effectively (telephone speaking and email written communication skills must be exceptional)
• Will interface with:
o Principal
o Director of Acquisitions
o Bankers
o Management
o Business Management
o Travel Agent
o Lawyers
o Vendors
o Doctors, Vets, etc.
• Coordinate deliveries and shipping
• Rarely run personal errands.
• Book travel and lodging (including international travel)
• Maintain personal and business banking accounts.
• Transfer sums of money between accounts as requested.
• Pay bills.
Qualifications:
• Intelligent and well spoken
• Previous experience supporting a busy executive
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, loyalty, and security measures regarding all confidential matters.
• Must be extremely detail oriented.
• Highly organized
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Apple/Mac, PC (MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), calendaring, video, and conference call systems
• Quickly pick-up and learn new technology, systems, and computer programs.
• Strong analytical and computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and keep busy with little oversight.
• Possess the ability to handle matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Have a professional demeanor.
• Have a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Candidate must be flexible and be comfortable handling last minute requests. After training and initial settling into the position, partial remote work and possible.

Compensation: Commensurate with skills and experience. Comprehensive benefits and generous PTO.
