Description


Your responsibilities are to support and assist our CEO with their administrative tasks along with their team. In this position, you will serve as a key support, ensuring their priorities are addressed and chipping in significantly to the smooth operation of the organization. Your ability to multitask and lead incoming tasks without extensive oversight is critical. It's inevitable that rapid changes will occur at times, and during these moments, your composure will be necessary. Your daily responsibilities encompass a range of administrative tasks: from calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating the CEO's executive calendar, to travel coordination and expense report processing. Moreover, you'll engage in special projects that impact the broader organization. It promises a dynamic, engaging environment where learning and growth are at the forefront.


Education & Experience


  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications and project management software tools
  • BA/BS degree preferred 5+ year minimum professional service-related experience required.
  • Several years of professional experience and strong computer literacy
  • Expertise in executive-level organizational and task management supporting C-Level executives in the non-profit or healthcare sector.
  • Superior organizational skills including excellent written and verbal communication.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant for profit or non-profit executive assistance experience (Preferred)
  • Ability to participate in developing project scope, managing project schedules, and following up with stakeholders appropriately.
  • Significant demonstrated aptitude for discretion and confidentiality in the handling of sensitive issues


Pay & Benefits


At Janus, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $85,000 and $95,000 annually and your base pay will be considered on your job-related skills, training, qualifications, experience, and relevant education.
