We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief of Staff to join our team and work closely with our CEO to revolutionize the way consumers make sustainable choices.

About Cleen:

Cleen is a forward-thinking start-up on a mission to empower consumers and brands to embrace sustainability. Our AI-powered app is revolutionizing the shopping experience by incentivizing conscious purchases and encouraging brand transparency.

We believe that small steps can create a big difference, and we're committed to creating a greener future, one purchase at a time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CEO: As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as the right-hand to our CEO, working collaboratively to execute the company's vision and strategy. You will be involved in high-level decision-making processes, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

  • Strategic Planning: You will play a critical role in developing Cleen's strategic plans, translating the vision into actionable goals. By conducting research, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities, you will help shape our roadmap for success.

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. You will work closely with various teams to drive initiatives forward, monitor progress, and report on key milestones to the CEO.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts. You will represent the CEO and Cleen in meetings, conferences, and other networking events.

  • Communication and Presentations: Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations, reports, and updates to the CEO and other stakeholders. You will contribute to crafting messaging, including internal and external communications, to promote Cleen's mission and achievements.

  • Special Initiatives: Take ownership of special initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the CEO. These may include market research, competitor analysis, or exploring new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in making a positive impact on the environment.
  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to drive initiatives forward and meet deadlines.
  • Ideally, a Master’s degree from a leading University.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in strategy, consulting, or related roles, preferably in the technology or sustainability sector.

Join us at Cleen and be part of a talented team committed to creating a sustainable future. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, consumer behavior, and environmental consciousness.
