Job Description

Executive Assistant - $140k-$150k


A well-established, thriving professional services firm based in Los Angeles is looking for a smart, driven, and highly capable Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to be the right-hand to a C-Suite Executive.


This role will act as a true gatekeeper to this executive. Daily tasks will include managing calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, processing expense reports, creating presentation materials, and providing personal assistant support. The individual in this position will maximize the executive’s time, ensuring that they are in the right meetings at the right times.


What you’ll need:

  • At least 8+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting a C-Suite executive within a corporate firm
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and the flexibility to handle competing priorities with ease
