We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Retail Property Management team. This position is fully remote (Work from Home) with a preference for candidates located in the Midwest or Southeast region of the US.
As an Assistant Property Manager (APM), you will play a crucial role in supporting the Portfolio Business Manager(s) in various aspects of property management. From maintenance and tenant relations to budgeting and risk management, you will have a chance to make a real impact on our properties and the lives of our clients.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Assisting with the preparation and submission of annual budgets, ensuring all deadlines are met promptly.
Maintaining organized tenant files and managing vendor set-ups and updates.
Addressing tenant issues and maintenance calls with efficiency and professionalism.
Coordinating property inspections, maintenance, and capital projects to uphold the highest standards.
Managing vendor agreements, certificates of insurance, and incident reports.
Utilizing your financial expertise to understand property performance.
