Assistant Property Manager Jobs

Excellent opportunity to join this dynamic and expanding commercial real estate company as they continue to acquire and develop office and industrial properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Property Manager with the daily operations of a variety of commercial properties
• Update and maintain service contracts with vendors and perform audits of current projects
• Process AP/AR and assist with budgeting and control for assigned projects
• Assist senior management with evictions, property lease updates, prospective lease showings and vacancy anticipation
• Schedule tenant move ins and move outs, verifying all insurance for compliance
• Prepare periodic financial reports on assigned properties for upper management review
• Serve as liaison between tenants, owners, management and vendors, maintaining positive relationships
• Assist construction and management with project forecasting and auditing for regularly scheduled meetings
• Identify and communicate potential issues while conducting routine property inspections
• Interact extensively with tenants; collect monthly rents, administer lease agreements, manage work orders and coordinate maintenance and repairs with the appropriate personnel
• Update and maintain tenant certificates of insurance, job task database, and digital files

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Spanish bilingual is a plus
• Real Estate license
• A Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' commercial real estate property management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe; Yardi experience is a plus
