Overview A Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, and industrial parks. They are responsible for overseeing the leasing, maintenance, and financial operations of the property. Detailed Job Description A Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial properties. This includes overseeing the leasing, maintenance, and financial operations of the property. They must ensure that the property is well maintained and that all tenants are in compliance with their lease agreements. They must also ensure that the property is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Additionally, they must be knowledgeable about the local real estate market and be able to negotiate leases and other contracts. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in property management
• Professional certification in property management (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license

• Knowledge of leasing and contract negotiation
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Knowledge of local real estate market
• Knowledge of accounting and financial principles
• Knowledge of building maintenance and repair
Job Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in property management
• Experience in leasing and contract negotiation
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in working with tenants and resolving tenant issues
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee the leasing, maintenance, and financial operations of the property
• Negotiate leases and other contracts
• Ensure that the property is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Work with tenants to resolve tenant issues
• Prepare and maintain financial reports
• Monitor and enforce tenant compliance with lease agreements
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract tenants
