Job Description
This position is remote, however candidates must reside in a West or Central state i.e. CA, AZ, NV, TX, NE, etc.


Salary Range: $57,216.21 - $84,653.22 (salary offered will vary and be dependent upon zip code of candidate hired)

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator Senior Spec to join our Provider Management team.

Job Summary


Performs variety of routine activities in support of the Provider Management team. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. Interface with vendors, order supplies, facilities coordinator, support project management, process improvement, data analytics and coordination of meetings.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Provide additional support in monitoring project plans and schedules to ensure timeliness of project delivery.
  • Assist Provider Management with projects as assigned.
  • Others duties as assigned to support the needs of the administrative office
  • Review, triage and route incoming requests to the appropriate team member.
  • Assistance with coordination of employee travel arrangements (airline and hotel reservations, and ground transportation)
  • Attend department meetings, generate meeting minutes and distribute final, approved meeting minutes.
  • Meeting preparation to include scheduling, agendas, teleconference lines, catering service, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to the Provider Management team functions.
  • Order and maintain supply inventories.
  • Handle confidential information ensuring information is not distributed or communicated outside of approved individuals/systems.
  • Maintain Provider Management SharePoint library and facilitate document control process
  • Compose correspondence (newsletters, letters, memos, e-mails, etc.)
  • Support project management, data analytics, process improvement initiatives.
  • Basic formatting, revision and distribution of established reports on a re-occurring and ad-hoc basis.
  • Assistance with the preparation of presentation materials.


Competencies

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) SharePoint, preferred
  • Excellent customer service, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Knowledge of office equipment (FAX, copier, printer, etc.)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Education And/or Experience


  • May be required to Travel 20% of the time
  • Experience with project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, etc.), preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant experience
  • High School diploma, or equivalent (GED)
  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
