What We’re Looking For


The Guestworks Operations Coordinator is a full-time role that aids both external customers (guests and owners) and internal personnel. For our internal personnel, the Guestworks Operations Coordinator is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the operational success of the program.


The Guestworks Operations Coordinator will also provide assistance to time-sensitive matters for our in-house guests and owners. They will troubleshoot inquiries from guests and owners over the phone or via SMS. They will create cases and communicate directly with owners and/or vendors to resolve guest inquiries.


The Guestworks Operations Coordinator will work with key stakeholders to solve operational issues and outline the suggested process improvements as necessary.


What You’ll Do


  • Approve vendor invoicing when applicable
  • Help develop processes and procedures as needed to ensure the success of the program as it relates to operations
  • Ensure a good onboarding process for owners by scheduling photos and sending Guestworks locks when applicable
  • Help source housekeepers, Local Hosts, and photographers in new areas of business
  • Ensure the success of Guestworks and its customers from an operational perspective
  • Provide scheduled on-call and after hour support
  • Complete other assignments as directed
  • Respond to and resolve all escalated owner concerns as they relate to operations within the Guestworks program
  • Respond to and resolve escalated guest inquiries sent to the team


What You’ll Need


  • Reliable internet connection, must meet a minimum of 50 mbps


Skills And Qualifications


  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a customer-facing role
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills
  • Project management
  • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude
  • Must exhibit problem-solving and a service mentality
  • Proficient writing skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to demonstrate professional phone and email etiquette


Working conditions


Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY


You’ll be working in your home office setting. We hold virtual training sessions and weekly team meeting. Occasional offsite team meetings in your region or our HQ locations. Requires frequent, repetitive use of a computer, phone, and office equipment. Requires patient, professional communication with prospective clients, and the ability to build confidence with prospects.


Compensation


  • $50000 - $55000 / year
