Job Description

Overview


ClutchPoints, Inc is looking for an Account Manager to help manage key relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders to help strategically deliver on client objectives and company goals. As a key role in client communication, this role will work closely with various groups from sales, strategy, operations, and content to execute best in class programs and partnerships. We are looking for someone who is organized and a self starter with a strong interest in all aspects of sports culture.


Job Focus


  • Provide best in class client service as one the main sales points of contact to liaise between client and internal teams. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Ensure campaigns are closed out through campaign recap decks, reconciling billing, etc.
  • Special projects and all other duties assigned by the supervisor
  • Work alongside Direct Sales team strategically build and develop digital media plans
  • Manage all aspects of campaigns from a pre and post sales cycle to drive revenue and team/company goals
  • Ensure proposals and media plans are being submitted to clients based on campaign deliverables and KPIs
  • Manage pre-launch communication with client and internal teams including setting timelines for approvals, deliverable needs, asset management, creative and tag delivery to ensure client satisfaction and timely campaign launch


Qualifications


  • Highly in-tune with sports culture
  • An understanding of the current advertising landscape including, but not limited to; social, experiential, digitali, talent and podcast
  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly fast paced and ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and outstanding organization skills
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and hunger to learn and tackle a variety of tasks
  • 4+ years of account management, project/program management, media planning experience in a creative agency, brand or media company
  • Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment
