Regional People Insights Manager Jobs

Good understanding of the People functions and processes such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, performance management, diversity, engagement, etc.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective reports and dashboards.

Entry to 3 years of experience in analytics

Experience with data manipulation, reporting, and visualization using Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or other relevant tools

Experience working with People data (e.g., hires, headcount, turnover, performance, diversity metrics) and People systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, ADP, etc.)

Experience extracting and wrangling data using software such as SQL, R, Python, Alteryx, etc.

Experience with international data regulations and privacy requirements

Leverage knowledge of data infrastructure and data engineering to partner heavily with Enterprise IT on the data strategy

Identify the skills and expertise needed to build a world class HR analytics team that can effectively drive measurable impact

Strong emotional intelligence, relationship skills and executive presence

Extensive knowledge of databases, analytical tools, and big data

Ability to lead multiple, large data/analytics projects in fast-paced matrix with experience in evaluating program effectiveness and impact

Develop, manage, and maintain centralized dimensional data model for core workforce data at HP.

Presenting written recommendations, requirements, and insights through the addition of technology platforms and net new data sources.

Experience implementing solutions using full Microsoft Power Platform considered an asset.

Experience supporting full cycle technology implementations in a large complex organization.

Required post secondary education in the field of computer, information science, or statistics.

Responsible for making recommendations on ongoing tools and technology selection for People Insights solutions development.

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as industrial organizational psychology, human resources management, psychology, statistics, or business analytics is required.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an HR or People Data analysis capacity.

Pluses:Experience with Tableau for creating custom dashboards / reports

Basic experience with survey tools like Glint, Qualtrics, Google Forms, etc.

Create visually appealing, informative, and presentation-ready data decks using Google Slides.

Assist with creation and management of team health surveys as needed

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as industrial organizational psychology, human resources management, psychology, statistics, or business analytics is required.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an HR or People Data analysis capacity.

Very strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to prepare high level presentations with detailed analytics and present to senior management team

Detailed knowledge of legal requirements including Title VII, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, FCRA, etc.

Build and foster strong cross-functional partnerships with key departments across the Americas Sales Markets, including Controlling, Finance Operations, Sales and more

Translate & manage information from numerous sources (HRIS, WFMS, surveys, etc.) into manageable data used for dashboards, reporting, and analytics

Academic Degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business is preferred
