Job Description

⚡ Role: VP of Sales/Chief Revenue Officer

Our client is a trailblazer in the nanotechnology industry, pioneering the development of surface engineering and precision nano-coating technology. Their proprietary technologies allow them to engineer materials at the atomic level, providing their clients with an edge to enhance their products' performance significantly.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive significant revenue growth.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably within nanotechnology or related industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a data-driven sales culture, leveraging sales analytics and CRM tools to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leaders to ensure sales strategy aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Manage accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive and scalable sales strategy to meet and exceed aggressive revenue growth targets.
  • Build and lead a top-performing sales team by recruiting, training, and nurturing exceptional sales talent.
  • Develop and maintain crucial customer relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships to maximize market presence.
