Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrable track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive significant revenue growth.
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably within nanotechnology or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a data-driven sales culture, leveraging sales analytics and CRM tools to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with executive leaders to ensure sales strategy aligns with overall business objectives.
- Manage accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance to the executive team and board of directors.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and scalable sales strategy to meet and exceed aggressive revenue growth targets.
- Build and lead a top-performing sales team by recruiting, training, and nurturing exceptional sales talent.
- Develop and maintain crucial customer relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships to maximize market presence.
