Job Title: Chief Customer Modernization Officer


Job Summary: As the Chief Customer Modernization Officer at our healthcare cloud startup, you will be responsible for building and leading a team that guides healthcare systems through a digital modernization journey. Your primary focus will be on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through a deep understanding of the unique needs and objectives of healthcare organizations. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute a customer success strategy that maximizes customer value and drives growth for our business.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare organizations to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop customer success team members to ensure a high-performing team culture.
  • Create and maintain customer success metrics to measure the effectiveness of our programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage a customer success budget to support team growth and resources.
  • Build and lead a customer success team that specializes in guiding healthcare systems through a digital modernization journey.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion within the healthcare industry.
  • Provide strategic input to product development teams based on healthcare customer feedback and insights.
  • Develop and implement a customer success strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.


Requirements


  • 7+ years of experience in customer success or related field, with a focus on guiding healthcare systems through digital transformation.
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare applications, including electronic medical record systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech & GE
  • Ability to think strategically and develop customer success programs that align with business goals and objectives within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in a SaaS or cloud-based environment is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare organizations and cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for customer success within the healthcare industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure results.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
