Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Chief Curriculum Officer (CCO) to join our incredible, fast-paced startup team at SparkTank. This is a remote position with a focus on creating and developing the SparkTank curriculum. As a CCO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational content of our entrepreneurship program. This position offers an incredible opportunity to leave a lasting impact on the next generation of aspiring entrepreneurs. The CCO will be responsible for redesigning existing materials, incorporating new branding elements, and enhancing the curriculum with their extensive knowledge in entrepreneurship. While working on a top-tier talent team, our C-suite gains valuable connections daily as we work with influential business leaders, creators, startups, and brands to enhance our curriculum and plan events and trips!

Responsibilities

• Ideate and build an engaging, hands-on, and innovative curriculum for our Gen Z Startup Accelerator drawing from existing materials, extensive research, and background knowledge on entrepreneurship. To learn more about our curriculum, please visit: https://lnkd.in/d7d2kJWJ.
• Expand and enrich the curriculum by adding new content based on your expertise in entrepreneurship.
• Weekly meetings with the C-Suite Executive Team.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in the entrepreneurship space.
• Redesign existing materials for the workshops in our accelerator, including slideshows, packets, challenges, and handouts, to align with the new branding and platform.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies and hands-on, instructional strategies to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Work on a top-tier talent team.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure the inclusion of the latest industry trends, best practices, and case studies.

Qualifications

- Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills

- Strong background in entrepreneurship, with preferred hands-on experience in starting and running a startup

- In-depth knowledge of the challenges and opportunities entrepreneurs face

- Prior experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation is highly beneficial

- Strong research and analytical skills to gather relevant data and industry insights for curriculum enrichment

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment

- High school or college student
