Job Role

As a Chief Talent Officer at Mazzetti, you will be responsible for managing and leading our HR team. As a member of the C-Suite you will work closely with senior leaders to ensure that our company's HR strategies align with our business objectives and help us achieve our goals. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in HR management and strategy development.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company culture, values, and business objectives.
• Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that are equitable and competitive.
• Manage employee relations and ensure that our team members are engaged and motivated.
• Manage the HR team including oversight of the recruitment and selection process and training and development programs ensuring that we attract and retain top talent and that our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Strategic thinker and implementer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and leverage HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the employee experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
