Chief Growth Officer Jobs

The Chief Growth Officer role will be responsible for growing our specialized Investment Bank focused on the National Security market segment. We provide M&A advisory, Capital Raise, and Buy-Out services to business owners. Role will include responsibility for Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Public Relations, and overall client outreach. This may include the development and execution of industry specific events.

No investment banking excperience is necessary as we have professionals experienced in optimally prosecuting our engagements in a higly differentiated manner. We are looking for a person with experience and relationships with owners of services and/or technology product companies that are serving the National Security market segment (typically businesses between $10m-$100M in annual revenues).

Opportunity exists to grow the CGO function into a division as the company grows and/or assume the role of President/CEO or COO in the future as we are building our company succession plan presently.

We are seeking a well-connected, highly exerienced, and motivated growth oriented executive with extensive experience in Business Development aqnd Corporate Development and robust relationships within the National Security community.

Compensation consists of a base salary, highly aggressive bonus plan, benefits, and stock options in the Investment Bank and stock particpation in any Buy-Out we effect. After start-up period, the annual income should total north of $750,000. As importantly, the stock plan should generate a true wealth-building opportunity.
