Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, systems architecture, and infrastructure design.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and investors.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and driving software development projects to successful completion.

• Previous experience in fundraising and investor relations is a plus.
