Summary Of The Role
The VP of Revenue is responsible for the growth and scale of revenue for Finalsite’s Sales and Client Success teams. The post holder is responsible for helping Finalsite achieve continued growth by enabling and improving all aspects of the revenue cycle in collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer and leadership team.

100% Remote - Anywhere within the US
Responsibilities
  • Identifying priority projects to grow the capacity of revenue teams and increase efficiencies of sales processes
  • Partnering closely with CRO and executive team to execute acquisitions
  • Leading revenue operations, sales enablement, and contracts deal desk
  • Troubleshooting and resolving urgent issues related to daily operations related to closing business.
  • Aligning sales content and resources to enable sales leads to efficiently navigate the stages of the sales process to meet the needs of customers
  • Collaborating across sales teams to identify needs and coordinate improvements in practices, processes, and systems
  • Planning and facilitating complex projects that require communication and coordination with various stakeholders across multiple verticals and departments
  • Aggregating, analyzing, and sharing sales data to inform decision making
  • Supporting CRO in key revenue functions including strategy, forecasting, sales plans, and day to day sales management
  • Providing professional learning resources and opportunities for the Client Success and Sales teams
  • Providing support to sales leaders in achieving KPIs
Qualifications And Skills
  • 10+ years of proven work experience in a professional B2C setting with experience in SaaS customer success or sales role
  • Demonstrated leadership roles managing and directing teams to achieve KPIs
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Gmail, Zoom, Word, Excel, GSuite.
  • B.A. or B.S. Degree or equivalent would be preferred or commensurate experience
