As a CXO at Brand Builders Group, you will play a crucial role in leading our strategist development and customer experience initiatives to propel the growth and impact of our clients' brands.


Role Overview:

As the Chief Experience Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of strategist development, customer experience, and curriculum training for Brand Builders Group and our membership community. You will work closely with our Community Team, Team Leads, and Customer Service team to ensure that our clients receive top-notch, personalized experiences that align with their brand identities. Your ability to combine strategic thinking along with people management and process development will contribute to elevating the brand image of Brand Builders Group and drive our continued success in the personal branding industry.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategist Leadership and Development:

- Develop and lead the training and implementation of our curriculum via our strategists to the Brand Builders Group community

- Collaborate with executive leadership to define Delivery objectives and exceed set KPI performance amongst the Delivery team

- Coach and lead our strategists on how to best set and exceed expectations amongst our members

2. Team Leadership and Development:

- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Mentor team members, providing guidance and support to nurture their professional growth.

2. Customer Experience Enhancement:

- Identify and analyze customer touchpoints throughout the entire customer journey, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand's essence and fosters long-term relationships.

- Implement innovative customer experience initiatives that drive customer loyalty, satisfaction, and advocacy.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure process effectiveness and efficiency.

- Oversee the communication of all company initiatives, launches, process changes and SOPs. - Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across the Delivery Department including strategist communication with members, community group communication, customer service communication and more.

5. Brand Identity and Positioning:

- Establish and maintain brand guidelines and standards, ensuring consistency in design, messaging, and visuals across all brand assets within the Delivery Department.

- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market changes to refine and strengthen the brand's positioning and our communication to our members.

6. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Utilize data-driven insights to assess the success of branding and marketing efforts, making data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience (at least 8-10 years) in brand management, marketing, or a CXO-related role.

- Strong understanding of brand strategy, customer experience, and marketing principles.

- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful brand strategies that drive business growth.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams.

- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and ever-changing marketing landscape.

- A creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for branding and storytelling.
