Role Description
This part-time remote role as a Fractional Chief Sales Officer requires someone with exceptional skills in managing and developing relationships with new clients. You will be responsible for identifying and developing sales strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the company's sales efforts. In addition, you will oversee the sales team, recruit new hires, and act as a liaison between senior management and the sales staff.
You will be paid via growing equity according to milestones we negotiate and commission from onboarding new clients into our storage solution. You will be able to provide feedback on the product to try to improve it.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Ideal understanding of file storage solutions and leadership acumen on how to set a sales strategy that closes new clients to adopt our solution.
- Sales experience and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- The ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
