Job Title: Chief Digital Modernization Officer (CDMO)

Job Overview: Our healthcare technology cloud startup is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Digital Modernization Officer (CDMO) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital modernization and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. As our CDMO, you will play a critical role in shaping our culture, driving operational excellence, and building a world-class team focused on healthcare technology modernization in the cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by developing and implementing best practices for organizational structure, processes, and systems in the context of healthcare technology modernization in the cloud
• Build and lead a high-performing team, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching employees with expertise in healthcare technology and cloud computing
• Drive digital modernization in the healthcare technology industry, with a focus on cloud computing
• Lead the development and implementation of our growth strategy, including market expansion, product development, and customer acquisition in the healthcare industry
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, and employees
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including healthcare data privacy and security
• Manage financial and budgetary planning, forecasting, and reporting, with a focus on healthcare technology modernization in the cloud
• Develop and execute our operational strategy in alignment with our business goals and objectives, with a focus on healthcare technology modernization in the cloud
• Develop and manage a world-class managed services team responsible for the migration and management of health systems' data centers and application stack in the public cloud
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the company is meeting its goals and objectives in the healthcare industry

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment focused on healthcare technology modernization in the cloud
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions in the context of healthcare technology modernization in the cloud
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry
• Xperience developing and managing a world-class managed services team responsible for the migration and management of health systems' data centers and application stack in the public cloud
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, healthcare administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience managing budgets and financial planning, with a focus on healthcare technology modernization in the cloud
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare technology industry and with a strong focus on cloud computing and digital modernization
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees and lead by example in the context of healthcare technology modernization in the cloud
• Proven track record of successfully driving digital modernization and developing and implementing operational strategies that drive business growth and improve organizational effectiveness, with a focus on healthcare technology modernization in the cloud
