DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance with organizational goals.
• Experienced at driving high volume qualified lead generation regionally or nationally.
• Extensive knowledge in a variety of disciplines such as production, information technology, legal and finance.
• Lead market research, analyze consumer trends and identify target audiences.
• Broad understanding of brand development, sales management, product, distribution management, lead generation, and customer service.
• Oversee national digital and integrated strategy, contact center operations, RV dealership program, shows and fairs, mall and partner marketing, on-site efforts, and public relations.
• Ability to manage high volume work and meet rigorous deadlines.
• Well-versed from creative influence to business strategy.
• Deep understanding of changing market dynamics and how to manage.
• Driving revenue by increasing sales through marketing initiatives.
• Solid contract negotiation and writing ability.
• Manage and direct numerous teams and employees. Experience in hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Skilled at direct response analytics and forecasting based on budget requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years’ experience in marketing leadership position.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related major.
• Ability to communicate clearly and directly.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinking.
• Advanced education and on-going marketing certification a plus.
• Able to travel often.
