Responsibilities:

• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Establish and manage marketing budgets.
• Lead a team to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Oversee and lead our marketing department, setting the strategic direction for our brand's global presence.
• Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and ensure brand consistency.
• Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on these insights.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven working experience in a top marketing position.
• Knows Agile methods.
• Proficient in analytics and performance metrics.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and Social Media Advertising.
