Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing R&D teams, delivering innovative products, and driving results in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and influence key stakeholders.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in research and development, with a focus on medical devices or related fields. Prior experience in neuromodulation devices is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, anticipate market trends, and translate customer needs into actionable R&D strategies.
• Advanced degree (Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent) in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• Deep knowledge of neuromodulation technologies, including implantable devices, stimulation techniques, and related therapeutic applications.
• Strong understanding of the medical device development process, including design control, verification, validation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, ISO).
