A&R Intern Jobs

No Curfew is looking for A&R Interns to join our A&R team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate has a passion for current music and hip hop culture, a keen attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

What you'll do

• Work across departments to share key findings that meet business standards.
• Scouting new artists regularly as well as helping out with the operations regarding our projects on a need be basis (across all genres of music and streaming platforms).
• Identify and sign new artists in accordance with the current landscape of the music industry.
• Provide creative input and ideas on projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with the artists, management, creative departments, as well as executives within the company.
• Track data and analyze growth of key artists.
• Handling administrative tasks for us such as doing expenses, booking travel, setting up meetings, and handling calls.
• Create and maintain relationships with managers, lawyers, artists, and other industry professionals to help build business opportunities.
• You will partner with your team and employees to establish work arrangements that meet the business, team, and individual needs

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant internship or work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-versed in internet culture/social media platforms and enjoys consuming/studying YouTube, Instagram and TikTok content.
• Ability to stay well organized and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Familiar with and passionate about music, culture, and content and enjoys discovering new music.
• Ability to be a team player.
• Must be based in Los Angeles.
• Motivated and driven towards a career in the music/entertainment industry.
