Summary
The Create Music Group A&R Admin Intern will directly assist the A&R Admin Manager, gaining firsthand experience in the daily operations of an independent music label. They will have the option to join meetings with their manager to further learn about both the company’s internal processes + external client communications (i.e. daily discussions with the data team, learning sessions for product managers, weekly A&R + Legal team meetings + potential client pitch calls).
Responsibilities

• Hands-on involvement in every project + client on the roster including contracting, A&R admin process and data.
• AND MORE! We want you to create your own projects + work independently alongside any given tasks.
• Work with the data team to support A&R admin
• You are required to bring your own laptop for this position. You must also be a student or recent college graduate.
• Assisting in maintaining administrative organization

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of relevant internship or full-time work experience in the music industry
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to be detail-oriented
• Team player with an ability to be adaptable
• Excellent communicator both internally with colleagues + externally with client teams

PAY SCALE

• $15.50/hour
