3+ years research/working experience in one of the following fields, including graduate level research

Support the development of next-generation electric power conversion systems for electrified vehicles

Recent experience in all or most of the following: MOFs, COFs, porous materials, solid-state chemistry, XRD spectroscopy, TGA, sorption, GC-MS.

Plan and execute experiments and analyze data. Develop and modify experimental protocols in consultation with PI.

Operate lab equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Keep and maintain laboratory notebooks and conduct data analysis, processing, and presentation.

Write experimental summaries and technical reports, and complete paperwork by assigned dates.

Assist PI with preparation of abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations for dissemination of results.

Tackle problems on the boundary of software, hardware, and the real world.

Collaborate with domain experts across everything from board manufacturing to UIs for intuitive human-computer interaction in a healthcare context.

Work with top-flight software and hardware engineering talent from places like Google, Amazon, Nvidia, Palantir, and NASA JPL.

Own entire projects while working alongside cross-functional teams of doctors, designers, and operators.

BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or direct equivalent

Experience as a contractor, intern, co-op, or team member within the Parker Lord chemical divisions.

Possess basic knowledge of assigned chemical product line(s).

Consistently perform routine laboratory assignments of moderate complexity and scope under minimal supervision.

Actively train co-workers in the proper methods of performing work assignments.

Make adaptations and modifications of experimental procedures where needed, including suggestions regarding formulations, samples, tests, equipment, etc.

Lead the design, development, and optimization of novel neuromodulation products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Manage the R&D budget, allocate resources effectively, and provide regular updates to executive leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Deep knowledge of neuromodulation technologies, including implantable devices, stimulation techniques, and related therapeutic applications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and influence key stakeholders.

Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the R&D department, promoting continuous learning and development of team members.

Advanced degree (Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent) in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.

3+ years of semiconductor/battery technology experience. Focus in electrochemistry and/or metallurgy is a significant plus.

Self-starter with good communication skills.

Data analysis and programming skills to aid data mining.

Investigate failure modes for electrodeposition related processes and drive suitable FA methods to identify/fix the root causes.

Research, evaluate, characterize, qualify, and adopt new materials in process/product development work to deliver robust process.

Work closely with technology/process development teams to understand the needs and help deliver robust interconnect solutions.

Experience with Systems Engineering and requirements management.

DFSS knowledge and experience or statistical test design and analysis knowledge or Critical Parameter Management.

Familiar with systems integration and testing, system architectural planning and design, Reliability Engineering, Project Management, and Failure Modes Effects Analysis.

Facilitates cross-functional knowledge and experiences to promote the understanding and resolution of in-market and product development issues

Work experience required (combination of work experience and advanced degrees).

Working knowledge of product development lifecycle

Knowledge of different wireless communication systems (e.g., 5G nR, LTE, etc.), and excellent board-level and firmware debug skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus in Radio Frequency or Electromagnetism, or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience designing RF solutions for consumer electronics.

Experience with board design, board bring-up, desense mitigation, factory processes, and manufacturing.

Experience using RF equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and communication test boxes).

Knowledge of RF software tools (e.g., Advanced Design System (ADS) and High-frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS)).
