Job Description

The Vice President, of Organization Development and Operations, will be responsible for driving operational effectiveness, implementing process improvements, and optimizing performance across the company. This role requires a strong understanding of both HR and business operations, with a focus on driving efficiencies and fostering a high-performance culture


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive employee development and training programs that support career growth, enhance skills, and align with operational objectives.
  • Lead and oversee the HR and Recruiting departments, ensuring effective talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies that align with operational needs.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify areas for process improvement, streamline operations, and enhance organizational efficiency. Implement initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, including establishing processes for regular performance reviews, employee development, and up-leveling of high performers.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements like AI in operations and performance management, proactively recommending innovative solutions to drive operational success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize compensation and benefits programs, ensuring their competitiveness in the market and alignment with operational goals.
  • Develop and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key departments, establish clear guidelines and processes, and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and operational excellence.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and effective utilization of HR tools and resources.
  • Utilize data and metrics to analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.


Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A strong foundation of business fundamentals, including a data-driven mindset and thorough understanding of key business drivers and their measurement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 10+ years of experience in Operations, Organizational Development, or Human Resources leadership roles
  • Proven leader and manager of managers, providing mentorship and development
  • In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations
